    "The meeting will follow in the steps of the two previous meetings held in the cities of Buenos Aires and Quito. We hope to continue strengthening knowledge among the region's stakeholders and promoting the exchange of experiences in order to strengthen the region in terms of computer security incident impact prevention and mitigation.
    The program includes the presentation of relevant work and experiences conducted in the region in the hope that they will help generate knowledge and materials that can be used by participants as well as by their local environments. Debating and deciding future steps will also be a key part of the meeting.
